Our business is growing and sales are increasing! We have an industry leading commission plan with guarantee pay rate that enables you to earn $45,000 - $65,000 Plus! This position comes with guaranteed paid training, Guaranteed Yearly Salary and with a SIGNING BONUS!

Furniture Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Sell industry leading furniture and promote our Free In-Home Design program
• Provide exceptional service using excellent listening skills and being responsive to client needs while providing solutions aligned with the client’s preferences and budgetary limitations
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing sales floor
• Build rapport with customers
• Exceed monthly sales goals
• This role requires candidates to work weekends and holidays as these are our largest sales days
• Participate in company training and functions
• Maintain the integrity of the showroom
• Adhere to all company policies

Furniture Sales Consultant Qualifications:

• Minimum: two years of sales experience preferred but not required
• Competitive spirit
• Passion for selling
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with sales staff as well as clients
